Terms of Service

Placeholder — the final text of these Terms of Service is pending legal review (Technical Brief Section 12.4). It will state a governing jurisdiction (Section 12.6) and cover the submission license grant described in the submission agreement.

Must also include a limitation-of-liability clause for lost or corrupted content: members write and store drafts directly on the platform, so the ToS needs to disclaim liability for data loss (e.g. from an outage, bug, or account deletion) while still making clear members should keep their own copies of anything irreplaceable.
